Privacy Policy

Effective 1 September 2026. BizzaPay is operated in Nigeria and processes personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act / NDPR.

We collect what we need to run airtime, bills, wallet funding, crypto-to-naira, and earn-tasks: name, email, phone, transaction PIN (hashed), BVN for KYC, reserved-account numbers, device identifiers, push tokens, and photos you upload as task proof.

How we use data

• To create and secure your account, send OTPs, and confirm payments.
• To complete VTU and bill payments with licensed providers.
• To verify identity (BVN) before virtual accounts.
• To convert crypto to naira and pay your bank — this does not credit your BizzaPay wallet.
• To send transactional push and email (success, fail, crypto status, task review). Marketing is optional.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not put OTPs or PINs in app logs or API JSON responses.
• We do not use Face ID / fingerprint data — biometrics stay on your device and only unlock a locally stored PIN.

Sharing

Providers (VTU, Monnify, Quidax, Kora, SMM panel, email) receive only the fields required to fulfil a request. Lawful requests from regulators or police may be honoured.

Retention

Transaction records are kept for accounting and dispute windows. You can request account closure by emailing support; we retain what the law requires.
